Malaysia is interested in increasing cooperation with Indonesia in import of textiles, considering that, Indonesian textiles are of the highest quality, said a top official of a visiting business delegation from Malaysia.
The Vice-President of Board of Commerce Melayu Malaysia Selangor State (BCMMSS), Mr Saman said this while leading a top level member delegation from BCMMSS.
According to Mr Saman, along with offering higher quality, Indonesia also offers lower prices for their textile products.
He said that, they are also interested in building a textile factory in Indonesia, the goods produced from which will be sold in Malaysia. They are interested in setting up a plant, he said, because of the availability of manpower.
